Welcome to the website of Age Concern Kensington and Chelsea incorporating Sixty Plus. We offer a wide range of services to older people across Kensington and Chelsea, including information and advice, group shopping trips, practical help tasks in the home, volunteer escorting, gardening, home bathing, nail cutting, extensive work with people with dementia, a wide range of health promotion work and an award winning intergenerational project.
Much of our work is only possible with the help of our 250 dedicated volunteers who range in age from 16 to 90 something.
